On-board electronics (OBE) type linear servo valves LSVHG-03/04/06EH have been developed based on two stage type high speed linear servo valves, but with a focus on downsizing the pilot valve. The integration of the exclusive amplifier and the linear servo valve in a compact package provides high accuracy, easiness to use, and great usability.
